Join our wine expert to get acquainted with
wine terminology, labels, and the lore of historical and regional
differences in wine. Learn to evaluate wines as you taste the major grape
varieties from around the world. The final class takes place at a local vineyard. Participants must be 21 |

Focus on....Bordeaux and
Burgundy
 This
series will devote each class to a discussion of just one important wine
growing region. Our “Wine Guy” has extensive experience with these regions
and will detail their history and geology that has made them famous. Along
the way we will sample some of the output from these great wine areas.
Because of the high quality of the wines the class will be limited to 14.
