IN FOCUS....Organizing
a Wine Cellar
Most wines are made to be consumed within two years of the
vintage. But aging wine offers many benefits that only mature wines
can achieve. In this class we will explore the why and how of aging
wines and offer ideas on size and composition of wine cellars.
Whether your cellar is one case of wine or hundreds, this class will give
you new and interesting ideas. Along the way we will taste some
age-worthy wines. Participants must be 21.
